The owners having grown their business in the past few years were in need of a new facility that would allow them to expand their operations in the manufacturing of stainless steel pharmaceutical vessels.  The building contains an office component along with a production space, loading dock, and compressor room.  The manufacturing space includes specialized equipment needed for the production process. This project is located in a popular industrial park on the east side of town.
