Bass Pro Shops developed their Katy Texas location in 2000.  Upon arrival into the main lobby you are welcomed with hand-painted murals from renowned artists which depict scenes from local lakes and countryside which is all part of the rich Texas heritage.  Also, part of the customer experience is a 20,000 gallon aquarium with fish including large mouth bass, catfish, and other native fish to the Katy Texas area.  Typical to the Bass Pro Shops experience, there is not a single detail that has not been thoroughly thought through and executed during construction.
